This Privacy Policy describes how Entrepreneurs Being Entrepreneurs (“we” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ebe.xyz or subscribe to our newsletter.
Information we collect
We collect the minimum we need to deliver the newsletter and understand what’s working.
- Email address. Collected when you subscribe.
- Engagement data. Whether you open an email and which links you click, measured by a tracking pixel and tagged links, plus basic delivery metrics from our newsletter platform.
- Technical data. IP address, device type, browser, and approximate location, logged by our hosting and analytics providers to keep the site secure and stable.
How we use it
- To send you the newsletter you signed up for.
- To measure which issues land and which don’t.
- To protect the site from abuse, bots, and fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. We use a small set of service providers to operate the newsletter:
- Beehiiv — newsletter delivery and subscriber management.
- Vercel — website hosting, request logging, and cookieless website analytics.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
The ebe.xyz website does not set any cookies.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and visitors. It is cookieless — visitors are identified by a hash generated from the incoming request, which resets every 24 hours, and what we see is aggregate only. We cannot use it to identify you, and it cannot follow you to other websites.
We rely on the statistical purposes exemption in regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic
Communications Regulations, so we do not ask for consent for this. If you would rather not be
counted, any standard tracker blocker will block the script and we treat blocked visits no

Our emails contain a small tracking pixel that records when a message is opened, and links that record which stories get clicked. We use this to see which issues land. To stop the pixel loading, turn off remote or automatic image loading in your email client. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email.
- Request deletion of your data by emailing us at the address below.
- Access or correct the information we hold about you by getting in touch.
Data retention
We keep subscriber data for as long as you’re subscribed, and for a short period after unsubscribing to meet legal and operational obligations. Technical logs are kept briefly and then rotated.
Children
ebe.xyz is not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date at the top and note the change in an upcoming issue.
